About us

HI! We are Milena and Marco and with the aim of improving the quality of our lives, we have decided to leave everything and move to this wonderful island. We literally "dropped everything", work, home, certainties... and plunged into this new adventure 3,700 km from Italy. We own 2 holiday rental apartments that we have taken care of in every detail in order to make our guests feel at home and offer them an experience that we hope they will remember with pleasure. Other owners, who later became friends, have trusted us and have entrusted with the management of their vacation apartments.​​

We are a small but well-established company, and we deal with the management of holiday apartments  mainly in Corralejo and El Cotillo. The apartments we deal with are all duly equipped with a tourist license or registration number. We own two self-owned apartments, Corralejo Dunas and Flor de Las Dunas and manage directly, on behalf of the owners, El Cotillo on the Beach, Atlantic Garden Ocean, Casa del Sol and shortly Flower Beach El Cotillo. We also have the possibility to offer other apartments with external management. Our philosophy is to first of all make these apartments appealing from an aesthetic point of view by equipping them with everything needed so that they can "impress" the potencial guest and make sure that they can offer everything they will need. We take care of verifying that everything is compliant, through specialized companies we offer absolutely impeccable cleaning according to strict protocols and accurate check lists. We advertise the apartments with campaigns on the major social networks, we manage reservations both directly and through the major booking portals. Once we receive the booking, we welcome the customer and follow him during the stay and even after with the aim of retaining him and making sure he comes back.
