About us
We are Milena and Marco, and we chose to radically change our lives to pursue a dream: to live in a place that truly makes us feel good. Driven by the desire to grow and live in harmony with our values, we decided to leave everything behind—our steady jobs, our home, our everyday comforts—and move to this wonderful island, a full 3,700 km from Italy.
Today, we passionately manage two of our own holiday apartments—MOMI’S HOUSE CORRALEJO DUNAS and MOMI’S HOUSE FLOR DE LAS DUNAS. We’ve designed and furnished them with care down to the smallest detail to offer our guests a warm, authentic welcome, creating a space where they can feel at home, even far from home. Our goal isn’t just to provide accommodation, but to offer an experience that leaves lasting, positive memories.
Over time, other property owners—who have since become dear friends—have entrusted us with the management of their holiday homes. This has allowed us to grow, learn, and continue doing what we love most: taking care of people, one vacation at a time.
We are a dynamic and well-established business in the holiday rental sector, primarily operating in Corralejo and El Cotillo. We manage a selection of licensed holiday apartments, all fully compliant with local regulations and equipped with official registration numbers—ensuring legality, quality, and peace of mind.
In addition to our own two properties—Corralejo Dunas and Flor de Las Dunas—we also directly manage numerous other apartments on behalf of trusted private owners. Thanks to a reliable network of partners, we’re also able to offer externally managed rentals, further expanding the range of options we provide.
